About Patisa Lachedar (Soan Papdi)
Perfectly soft and flaky, Pahalwan`s Patisa Lachedar is a melt-in-the-mouth treat. Enjoy this on its own. And in winter months, the Patisa is a perfect accompaniment to a glass of warm milk.
Please note: With change in temperature, the strands of the patisa tend to come together making it a bit dense in texture. However, on having a bite, the patisa simply melts in your mouth and has a wonderful flavour.
