WeDesi - Indian Snacks 2.0
In spite of having a rich culture bursting with energy, colour, and tradition, we couldn’t believe that Indian snacks are considered cool. While we grew up eating khakhra, chikki, chakli, and gujiya; our supermarkets are packed with chips, nachos, and cookies. In a world where global FMCG giants map our brain’s pleasure centers to get us hooked to their products, we want to return to our roots. We don’t have mighty health claims – all we want to do is stick to real ingredients that can be found in any Indian kitchen. So here we are with Indian snacks 2.0; the same recipes, the same tradition and the same nostalgia, but with a small twist to make it more relevant in today’s times
