About MANGO PICKLE
There are countless versions of mango pickle in India with each region having its own host of recipes. This one is from Punjab and made with mustard oil. Best enjoyed as a dollop mixed with traditional curd rice.
Please note - this is a unique mango pickle made with mustard oil and the pickle has a distinctly sharp piquant flavour. As the image suggests, this pickle does not have a melange of masalas whereas the focus is on the pickled chunky mango pieces.
